To make sure your account is safe, DSM is updating you with a red-flag with the text Repricing Errors at the top menu, While you might think it is a terrible addition to the DSM well-thought design we have learned that such errors might be critical to your account safety. Here are some of the more common errors you might encounter

Repricing errors

Your items are being scanned continously, in each scan the system is looking `for changes in the source item such as Stock availability and price increase/decrease. 

Once the scanner detects a change in the source item, it sends an update to your store in attempt to apply the required cahnges. 

If for any reason the system was unable to force these changes on your listings, it will inform you of that  under the “Repricing error" page.

It is highly recommended to check the repricing error page as soon as it appears in order to prevent any syncing issues of your DSM account and your store.

Common errors

eBay token has expired

If you see this error, refresh the connection with your ebay account by following this guide: how to disconnect and re-connect eBay to DSM.

Once done, click the “Try again” button that appears under the error. 

This listing would cause you to exceed the amount you can list. 

This is an eBay message, please contact ebay support and request an increase of your selling limits .

You must have a Valid paypal account

Check your payment policy on eBay and make sure your Paypal account is set correctly.

Once done, click “Try again”. 


Item cannot be listed or modified 

This error might appear from time to time for an unknown reason, eBay does not reveal the reason for the error to DSM Tool since it's a third party app, you may contact eBay support and try to get more information about potential issues with your eBay account. 

We suggest you to clear the error and if it keeps appearing , delete the item from the monitor only and add it back by following this guide - How To Manually Add Existing Listings or remove the item from your eBay store completely.


You’ve provided an invalid shipping policy

Check your Shipping policy and make sure the Item Location is set correctly and the policy is synced with DSM (If you do not know what Payment Policies are click here to learn how to handle Your Business Policies

Once done, click “Try again”. 


The item cannot be accessed

This error appears when the item was ended in your eBay store but not from DSM Price Monitor. Please make sure it is indeed ended in your eBay store before you continue to the next step. 

After checking the item was indeed ended in your eBay store, you need to delete it from the monitor by choosing the first delete option:
